Is one much taller than the other?
Here are both NYCD autos at day 61. Moved the one with small buds outside to make room for better prospects. Cleaning tent and spraying ipm on the vegging plants is why the better plant is outside in the pic. Not sure why the less developed plant has so small buds. They have had identical conditions their whole live until a week ago when I put it outside.

Day 75. Did some heavy pre harvest defoliation. The thick one stayed inside. The scrawny one got put outside after it was way behind in development.
