I’m looking for the best option for growing outside in Canada but Ethos give the nuber of week of flowering but doesn’t give the week in witch it’s normally ready
I’m reaching to the community to create a list of great outdoor strain with the week of the month its normally ready and in witch climate do grow
The mandarin cookies pack is the best for outdoor and the indica pack. Mandarin cookies, cherry berry, cotton candy pink, cotton candy grspe, and lilac diesel are some of my favs for outdoor.
@Colingordon wondered if you’d be willing to share your thoughts on which cultivar from the latest multipass drop (level 1 tier 4) might fare best outdoor in the VA near the ocean? Gets hot and steamy here June-Aug so something that would stand up to those conditions. Any recommendations appreciated!
I think any of the strains with OG should do well outdoors. I have ran all my beans outdoor from Ethos and have had great success with the strains. I have to find something to do in September and October because we get a lot of rain and dew in the morning in Michigan which causes bud rot. I lose a couple lbs each harvest. I was thinking of using a leaf blower, biut not sure if it would cause wind burn.
The 2 most mold bug resistant strains ive ever grown were both from ethos and ive grown just about every breeders gear outdoors by the hundreds the high note from multipass was a beast outdoor in a season that all the others were hit hard with caterpillars and mold with all the humidity n rain in the north east and it came out looking like indoor big solid buds, the other was a freebie i got somewhere from ethos its called black cherry watermelon zkittles this one was grown gorrila in the woods about 5yrs back and every other strain was devastated by caterpillar damage and mold but it was untouched! Ive breed both of these into some outdoor bangers over the last few yrs and they performed ive got 2 black cherry watermelon × trainwreck that i crossed to durban poison i made last year going this summer there monster plants i grew the black cherry. × trainwreck last season they reek of cherry limeade goodness and are bullet proof the durban cross is growing out of control i just cleaned it and trained it so.e more today its a tall lanky but strong bush, as 4 the high note i crossed it with chimera #3 which is also a pretty bullet proof outdoor strain and grew it last seaon hoping to put some size on the chimera buds and it did very good need to run a few more n find a high note size bud genotype with the chimera resin production
