i cut the leaves off abutting else i could do weeks 4 1/2 into flower i checked the whole plant and couldn’t find anyone leafs with this on it

Order some predatory bugs just to be safe. If there is this much in one leaf, you can be sure that you’re gonna find them more. There are probably eggs elsewhere. Like in the soil.
With a quick look I can’t identify these.
Is this indoor grow or outdoors?

Lace bugs
